We at KerryClimbing are absolutely excited, delighted and extremely proud once again to be shortlisted as one of only 3 finalists for the BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE in this years 2018 Kerryman newspaper Business Awards>>> These prestigious awards honour Kerry’s best businesses, business leaders & entrepreneurs through the acknowledgement of innovation, product development, enterprise, sustainability and overall business success.

The Kerryman Business Awards were created to reward endeavour across business models from retail and tourism, to the services and recreational sectors. We are truly overjoyed to be recognised and highlighted in the top 3 in this tough customer satisfaction category, which for a county such as Kerry with so many high quality, excellent, diverse and hugely popular visitor attractions and service providers to its name is simply amazing!!

Really overjoyed to be recognised in such a high profile Awards shortlist, to get this far and to be recognised in the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD.  This award was presented to businesses that demonstrate their focus on customer services. Mystery shoppers looked at all aspects of the service we provide in terms of staff interaction and the range of services we offer as appropriate to the needs of our adventure loving customers. The mystery shopper payed particular attention to: The initial impact of the business, How our guides/instructors and staff interact with our valued customers and enhance their customer experiences, How the business exceeds customers’ expectations and How our service delights and excites the customer.

After winning the BEST OUTDOOR ADVENTURE EXPERIENCE AWARD in last years ceremony, we were delighted to make it back as a finalist again this year and to receive this amazing recognition for all our many years of hard work and toil. Last years – “BEST OUTDOOR ADVENTURE EXPERIENCE AWARD was presented to the business or organisations that demonstrated a commitment to the development, delivery and promotion of a creative, exciting outdoor tourism experience that is designed for activity enthusiasts, and which showcases and promotes Kerry’s and the regions spectacular scenery.
